Genessa Krasnow, CEO

Genessa has had a multi-faceted career in entertainment, technology, and wellness. She has co-founded multiple behavior change companies and produced events for Heads of State, global leaders, multi-platinum and Grammy award-winning musicians, and Fortune 50 companies. Genessa holds patents in User Experience Design and has presented her work on internationally.
Paul Krasnow, Strategist Mentor

Paul was a peak-performance financial representative at Northwestern Mutual, where he was a top producer for almost 50 years. He is known for providing innovative solutions for his client’s personal and business needs. Paul has been named a Top 20 Advisor 18 times, a Top 10 Western Regional Advisor 25 times, and the number one Advisor in 2001.
David Youssefnia, Assessments and Analytics

David is an organizational psychologist and entrepreneur who optimizes team effectiveness, fosters organizational culture, and enhances employee engagement. His clients include Salesforce, The New York Times, and Starbucks. He is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Madrona Venture Labs , advises early-stage companies, and teaches at the University of Washington and Baruch College in New York City.
